Shipping Areas
We currently provide delivery services all across India. If you require International Shipping (outside India), please contact our customer care team before placing your order to discuss feasibility and charges.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: FREE SHIPPING is available on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ₹50 may apply to COD orders.
- For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Once an order is received, we pack and dispatch it within 1-3 working days. Please note that Customized Jewelry may take 7-10 days for processing.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, it typically takes 3-5 days for Metro cities and 5-8 days for other regions.
- Note: Deliveries may be slightly delayed due to public holidays, festivals, or natural calamities.
Packaging & Security
We ship our jewelry in Tamper-proof packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged during transit.
Important Notice: If you find the outer box of the parcel torn or opened (tampered with), please DO NOT accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
Mandatory Unboxing Video ⚠️
To ensure the security of the jewelry and to prevent any fraudulent claims, we strictly require customers to record an uncut Unboxing Video while opening the parcel.
- If a product is found to be damaged or missing, it will not be possible for us to accept the claim without a valid unboxing video.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched from our center, a Tracking ID will be sent to your registered mobile number and email. You can track your parcel on our courier partner’s website using this ID.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and pin code while placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
