Shipping & Delivery

- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (video/photos).
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and customization reasons, Nose Pins and Customized/Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
